3. Orders, Pricing, and Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected misuse, regulatory concerns, or pricing errors. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Tax may apply based on shipping address.

4. Shipping

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

Due to the nature of research compounds, returns are limited and governed by our Returns & Cancellations policy.

• Reselling, repackaging, or redistributing products for human or veterinary consumption.
• Misrepresenting the intended use of any product purchased.

• Attempting to interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
