Returns & Cancellations

Because the products we sell are research compounds whose integrity depends on chain-of-custody and storage conditions, returns are limited.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled at no charge if requested before the order has been packed and handed to the carrier. Once a tracking number is generated, an order cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email info@peptidesatx.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your shipment arrives damaged or you believe a product is defective (e.g., broken vial, leaking package, missing seal), email photos within 7 days of delivery to info@peptidesatx.com. We will replace or refund the affected item at our discretion.
Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days. We will provide a return label and ship the correct item once the original is in transit back to us.
Non-Returnable
- Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or removed from temperature-controlled storage.
- Products beyond 7 days from delivery.
- Bundles or stacks where any component has been opened.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (where applicable). Original shipping is non-refundable except in cases of our error.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days so we can open a carrier investigation. We cannot reship until the carrier closes the claim.
