Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day.
Domestic Shipping
- Standard: 2–5 business days, $9.95 flat rate.
- Expedited: 2-day, $24.95 flat rate.
- Overnight: next-business-day, $39.95 flat rate.
- Free standard shipping on orders of $200 or more.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International availability will be announced when offered.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order is handed to the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the first tracking event.
Delivery
Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier accepts the package. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or address errors. If tracking shows delivered but the package was not received, see our Returns & Cancellations policy for the claim process.
Cold-Chain Items
Temperature-sensitive items ship with insulated packaging and may require expedited service depending on destination and season. Excessive ambient transit time can compromise research-grade material; if your shipment arrives compromised, follow the damaged-shipment process in our Returns policy.
